We offer 30-Minute Express Boot Camp Sessions (black) and 60-minute Small Group Personal Training Sessions (gold). You can schedule the session times that work best for you.

We meet with you 1:1 to learn about your goals, injuries, history, etc. We call this meeting our No Sweat Strategy Session (in fact, you can click here to schedule yours now).

From there, you sign up for sessions in our app as your schedule allows, ideally 2-3 times per week. The coach will take it from there. You show up and we’ll take care of the rest. We’ll guide you through your workout, take notes in your profile for your next visit, and support you every step of the way.

We offer two session types. Our 30-minute fun & effective boot camp sessions and your personalized training sessions.

Boot Camps are different every day.

For your personalized program, we design a routine for you in 4-week blocks. Within the week (Monday vs Wednesday) will be a different workout to keep it varied, but you’ll repeat the workouts a few times in the cycle so that we can practice good repetitions and track progress. If it’s always different, we can’t track improvement. Clients find it’s a good mix of variety yet the certainty of what to expect over time.

We got you.  At Be Fit South Shore, you are way more than a number. We are more than just personal trainers, we pride ourselves on being coaches. Invested in each of our clients to help them move from where they are at to where they want to go. 

That’s a fair point, it can be really hard to know and understand what is offered.  You can download our info packet (click here). Here are some details…We are not like your typical gym or fitness center.

First and foremost this is a coaching and training program designed to deliver our clients the results you want. We employ a 3-Phase approach to our Total Body Transformation Program that focuses on your fitness, nutrition and accountability to deliver.

We start with foundational actions and behaviors to ensure your journey to health and fitness is paved on solid bedrock. Once you have established solid baseline habits, we and move into the Rapid Results Phase of the program.

Every workout session is professionally designed and led by our nationally certified personal trainers who are driven to help you get the results you want. 

We offer customized Personal Training Sessions that are designed specifically for each client based on goals and current physical status. Your personal training sessions start with R.A.M.P., which is a focus on range of motion, muscle activation, mobility & movement prep, but more importantly, this part of the training will help reduce those aches and pains from daily living.

Accelerate your results from your personal training session with our signature 30-minute Afterburn workouts that combine High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) with Active Rest to produce fun workouts that burn twice the calories in half the time and keep your metabolism running at a higher rate for up to 36 hours post workout. We call that Afterburn.

You can’t out train a bad diet. Our nutrition coaching method has been proven to work. Our certified Precision Nutrition Coaches will design a plan to guide you through the best approach for you. We’ll work with you to improve your health, gain energy, and lose weight without eliminating the foods you love and no matter what’s going on around you.

Hiring a coach to help you reach your goals ensures speed. You can do just about anything on your own, but having the expertise and accountability is often the missing component.

First off, our coaches have eyes on you to make sure you are doing the movements properly. If you need modifications, we will be there to adapt the workout to meet you where you are at.  Modifications, adjustments, corrections are all part of the process and everybody (trainers included) benefit from the feedback.  This is how we get better, and stronger and make progress more efficiently.

CrossFit did a nice job at popularizing strength training, kettlebells, and barbells. We certainly use those modalities. When it comes to your personalized training sessions, you will find that we have personalized your training to you and your goals. Will you see similar equipment? Sure. But it’s not the equipment that makes Be Fit special, it’s the coaching, accountability, and community.

We want to start you out with a complimentary No Sweat Strategy Session. In this session we will review your goals, you past workout and weight history, where you are at currently, and together we will provide you a 28-Day road map to start the change process. 

Please note, we offer new client trials, challenges and other promotions throughout the year. These offers allow you to experience what our program has to offer, but are available to New Clients and Local Residents Only. Offers/Trials are limited to only one program per person per year. Trial offers include but are not limited to Groupons, inital trials, free-weeks, gift cards, discounts etc.. and cannot be combined or stacked.

We offer both short-term and long-term options that bill bi-weekly. Our memberships range based on how many weekly sessions you want to use and how long you commit to. Once we know your goals and schedule, we can recommend a membership for you.

I get it, we all have budgets that we have to live with and within. Often what I find though, is people ask about price first, but what the real question is; “Can you help me solve my problem?”

I mean, we have equipment and such, but other than that…no…not really. You won’t find treadmills or other cardio equipment and we don’t offer open access where you can come and go as you please. We require all our clients to schedule their workouts, that way, all of their workouts are with a coach so they can be fully supported at each and every visit.

Yes! Our Coaches are Personal Trainers and each of us is uniquely skilled at modifying the workout for any fitness level. Every client is guaranteed a great workout that is both fun and effective, EVERY TIME!

The majority of our clients are 40+, yes. We find that we attract clients who are intimidated by the typical gym. They need coaching, they need support. That’s not to say we don’t have younger clients who also have those needs, but our niche is definitely fitness over 40.
