Step 1: Setup Payment

After you have completed your sign-up for the program, please give us a few hours to have everything set up. You will receive email/text updates as your program setup completes.
Access your account page and make sure all of your information is correct and you have signed the waivers. We will text you a password once your account is set up and ready.
Included in your program is access to our online training portal. You will only need to complete this step if you plan to workout at home. In order to access the workouts included here, you will register by CLICKING HERE. There is no additional cost to access the program during your 8-week program.

This is a great place to share conversations about the program and to ask questions. Please go to facebook.com/groups/coachingsouthshorefit and request access to join the group.

As part of the program you will have 8 personal training sessions. You will have the option to add more if you choose. We will build and deliver your program to you through the Bridge Athletic App. We will provide you with a tablet that you can use while at the studio to access your workout or you can download the Bridge App on your Phone >> bridgeathletic.com/download
